ID2 Verification for Businesses

If your company is buying property, arranging transfers, the deeds for appointment or retirement of trustees, our service can provide a prompt and efficient solution to verify the identity of a corporate body which includes all appropriate company and background checks.

Book an appointment

Please be aware we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full price of your appointment.

Verification in 5 simple steps

Customers register contact details, schedule and pay for the verification call.

On receiving booking confirmation, customers complete, download and print section A of the ID2 form. Alternatively, the form can be completed via a link on the booking confirmation email.

Customers then securely upload or email us a signed and completed Part A ID2 form and a photo of the chosen form of ID.

We will undertake all appropriate due diligence checks on your business prior to the appointment.

Follow the link sent in your booking confirmation, conduct the meeting via Zoom, complete and return the signed ID5 form and screengrabs via First Class post.

What you need to bring to the call

Completed documents (including screengrabs and the ID5 form) are returned via First Cass post
Your information is stored safely and securely
A personal service delivered by qualified legal experts

One of the following:

Current valid full passport – Stating the country of issue and number of the passport:
Current photocard driving licence (not a provisional licence)
Current Biometric Residence Permit issued by the UK Home Office to a non-UK national resident in the UK – State the number of the permit

Or two of the following:

(but no more than one of each type):

Credit card bearing the Mastercard or Visa logo, an American Express or Diners Club card, or a debit or multi-function card bearing the Maestro or Visa logo (issued in the United Kingdom supported by an account statement less than three months old)
Utility bill less than three months old
Council tax bill for the current year
Council rent book showing the rent paid for the last three months
Mortgage statement for the mortgage accounting year just ended
Current firearm or shotgun certificate
