Our Identity Verification Services

Our identity verification services are provided by solicitors who will not only guide you through the process, but who also bring a wealth of experience in real estate matters, whether for individual applications or larger volume commercial matters.

Supported by the latest technology, a large-scale pool of IT expertise and robust case management systems, you can be assured that your online verification experience will be handled with diligence, efficiency and care.

Our verification services cover completion of the government’s ID1 and ID2 forms, used to verify the identity of individuals and corporate bodies. The Land Registry introduced the ID5 form on the 4th May 2020 to allow solicitors to certify ID when being confirmed over a video call in response to the covid-19 pandemic. The ID5 form is completed by our solicitor following the verification appointment. This means the service is fast, covid secure and will continue to be a more effective and preferable solution for those engaged in property transactions.

For Individuals

Our service allows you to verify your ID at a time that suits you, wherever you may be and for a simple fixed fee. Get matters moving by arranging a video call and avoid unnecessary delays, potentially inconvenient appointment times and additional cost.
