On booking, customers can instantly complete, download and print section A of the ID1 form to sign. Alternatively, the form can be completed via a link on the booking confirmation email.
Customers then securely upload or email us a signed and completed Part A ID1 form and a photo of the chosen form of ID.
Follow the link sent in your booking confirmation, conduct the meeting via Zoom, complete and return the signed ID5 form and screengrabs via First Class post.
